For our client Riscure we are looking for a Product Manager Learning & Development Products. We are looking for an experienced professional who will help to grow the knowledge sharing business. This vacancy is for the HQ in Delft, The Netherlands.

In your role as Product Manager Learning & Development Products, you are accountable for the product-market fit and business success of Riscure’s security knowledge (Learning & Development) products. You drive the innovation of our knowledge products by leading the interface between customer requirements and technical knowledge.
As someone with a solid background in Learning & Development, you are passionate about helping a customer’s technical workforce to achieve and maintain the security skills they need to succeed as product makers. All global electronic device manufacturers (from cars to phones to televisions) are your target customers… while sizeable, it is also a quite specific B2B market.
Customers will see you and Riscure as a trusted source for security talent development and knowledge, as a result of our approach, the use of platforms and products to teach and maintain security knowledge.
You manage the product roadmap, are individually responsible for Horizon 1&2 innovation, and work together with the team of Riscure Innovation Department for breakthrough Horizon 3 innovation.
You have a strong vision for a knowledge business and are able to develop the product portfolio for maximum impact and scalability. As a management team member of the Riscure Knowledge and Services unit, you also help draft, recommend and implement Riscure’s vision for growth.
You collaborate extensively with your product sales counterpart as well as the services and products teams (technical domain experts), to craft the right strategy and plan to realize winning and innovative knowledge offerings, in existing and new markets. You will be independently accountable for the in-market results of new knowledge products, while you carry collective responsibility with your management peers for the Knowledge and Services unit results.
You understand and have successfully delivered innovation in a lean development approach. Therefore, you have a keen interest to stay externally connected to gain insights about their pain-points as well as new emerging needs through direct customer contact, and possibly even executing part of a training yourself when and where appropriate. You understand how to collaborate with technical as well as L&D leaders at the customer.
In the Knowledge products team, you collaborate extensively with the Principal Trainer (technical leader) and the Product Owner (development process leader). With your enthusiasm and vision, you are able to rally a team of analysts and trainers around opportunities for innovation and (re)development of offerings. You report in your product manager capacity to the Chief Commercial Officer of Riscure.

You are an enthusiastic professional, ideally with a technical academic degree, but for sure a passion for technology as well as people development. This is combined with a keen interest in engaging with customers/the outside world as well as an intuitive and strong business sense. You have proven that you can personally convert market needs into commercially viable products and services.
You feel at home in a small dynamic company. Your energy, drive and communication skills engage your peers and drive the result of the whole business team forward.
You can communicate effectively across digital channels with the remote Riscure and customer offices.
You have a good feel for powerful value propositions and are able to drive to execution.
You are a natural born organizer who knows how to bring a team with multiple interests together effectively.
Furthermore, you have a:
- University degree.
- Strong affinity with learning and development and passion for people and organization development.
- Affinity with information security or technology.
- At least 3 years of experience in a comparable leadership position in one of our targeted markets.
- Excellent communication skills who loves the transparency and open communication of a young, dynamic company.
- Excellent team player with natural leadership skills.
- Flexible and enjoy traveling to customers.
- Results oriented.
- Self-critical creative problem solver.
