Your new role as Manager Sales and Business Development E-Training will put you in the commercial driver’s seat to move the e-learning (online) security training services to successful market expansion.
In this new position, you will be the entrepreneur to drive commercial success of e-learning (online) security training for development teams. After spending some time becoming closely acquainted with the other services, tools, skills and company philosophy, you will be self-driven to deliver your performance targets.
You will work closely with the Product Manager to optimize the commercial model and work with the marquee customers to achieve customer success with the product. You are responsible for identifying opportunities and devising effective strategies for the online training portfolio, representing the service in a public setting, driving a pipeline of prospects and closing deals successfully to hit your sales targets.
Together with the services sales team, you will also grow relationships with their existing international customers, build relationships with the new DMU and through those relationships drive the share of wallet as they are able to serve the customer better through the training portfolio.
You contribute to industry events and public relations materials, including the website, sales and marketing presentations, white papers, brochures and other collaterals as needed. Alongside other colleagues, including their offices in San Francisco and Shanghai, you put in place the right marketing and sales activities to help differentiate our online training portfolio from competition. You will have the opportunity to grow towards director role, depending on your ambition and performance. You will report to the VP of Global Services Sales based in Delft (headquarters).

The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic professional with a sales background in e-learning (online) training environment, a passion for security technology, and a strong entrepreneurial commercial drive. You have proven that you can convert market interest into commercial results, particularly in selling e-learning solutions to enterprise. You feel at home in a growing and dynamic company and can deliver technical (security) concepts with conviction and enthusiasm. You have a good feel for the content, know how to create an appealing story line, and thrive in an innovation-rich environment. You have international experience and are a natural networker. You excel and enjoy representing our client in the right places and situations within the industry.
- University/higher professional education degree.
- Strategic mind-set and ability to also work analytically.
- Proven experience in a sales role in e-learning (online) training.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
- Highly flexible for international travel.
- Entrepreneurial and result-oriented.
